Return and Exchange Policy 

What is the return policy? 

We will accept returns for a refund to original payment or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Reach out to withhanki@gmail.com with a brief explanation of dissatisfaction, and we'll initiate your process.

What happens if my order is damaged, incorrect, or something? 

We offer refunds or replacements within 14 business days of delivery for errors made on our end. Shoot us a note at withhanki@gmail.com and we'll get you started on the refund or replacement process. 

If your tracking shows DELIVERED but you have not received the package, contact your local post office immediately.  

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free nationwide shipping on orders over $50. 

How long does shipping take? 

Hanki products are shipped directly from Korea, and delivery takes around 2 weeks, depending on your location. We will email you the tracking information as soon as it becomes available, so be on the lookout!

That said, if you don't receive tracking information within a week, please reach out to us at withhanki@gmail.com and we will help you out. 

Do you ship outside of the United States? 

We only ship within the US and other order requests are handled on a case by case basis, please email withhanki@gmail.com for more info.

When do I need to consume the products by?

Please refer to the "best by" or expiration dates written on the packaging. They are shown in year - month - date format. For example, best by September 30, 2021 would be shown as 21.09.30 or 2021.09.30.

Can I suggest stocking a specific product?
